Links to websites, e-mails and files

Any number of links to websites, e-mail addresses and existing Word, Excel and PDF files etc. can be appended to records.

The link name and path are displayed in a list. Double-clicking on the title opens the associated document in the relevant application.

The following information can be appended as a link:                    

1. Any files on the hard disk
2. Web pages
3. E-mail addresses
4. Entries within KnowHowDB can be moved to the list using drag & drop.

Images in the link list

Images can be inserted into the link list via drag & drop, and then opened in the appropriate application by clicking on them. They are also displayed in the screen panel.
