A small list of all functions

In the features list there is an overview of all the functions of KnowHowDB.

• New! Access from Smartphone's and Tablet's with the option "Mobile".
• Integration into  Microsoft "Active Directory" (AD) is possible.
• An unlimited number of templates can be created.
• Images and RTF text can be used by "copy & paste" from the clipboard.
• The integrated editor is like Microsoft Word and allows a large part of its functions.
• With the built-in DMS (Document Management System) files can be easily checked out and checked in again. All changes are versioned, can be viewed and restored.
• The full-text search allows even a similarity search and can find content from attached files.
• All folders can be authorised with any users, user groups and roles, so you can protect sensitive data from unauthorized access, allowing an external partner to read a specific folder in read mode.
• The hybrid mode allows the immediate access to a file such as Excel or Word for their processing.
• To keep you up to date with what your colleagues have written or modified, you will have the opportunity to subscribe to any folders or documents.
