Document templates

KnowHowDB fairly and squarely meets the challenge of standardized corporate design: thanks to an unlimited number of document templates, staff can format templates for letters, reports, minutes etc. whenever they wish. This ensures a standardized appearance at all times, both internally and externally.

All KnowHowDB records are based on a document template. This defines the basic structure of a document and contains settings such as the font, page layout, special formatting and style sheets.

Document templates work in the same way as records, except they are marked with a red pin . They are subject to separate authorizations, so they cannot be accidentally overwritten
