Move files in Explorer

Files from "Windows Explorer" can be added with drag and drop to the KnowHowDB explorer. KnowHowDB creates automatically one KnowHowDB document per file and adds the file as attachment. The title is taken from the file name.

Adding text documents into the editor

Text documents such as Microsoft Word Files can be added to the KnowHowDB by dragging and droping the document into the editor. All formats, tables and images will be exactly assumed.

Document links

A KnowHowDB document can be draged into the editor and a hyperlink to this document will automatically created.

Moving directories and documents

Directories and documents can be moved with drag and drop within the tree.
