Authorization

User

Each user gets their own login, with whom he logs on to the KnowHowDB.

Groups

A user can be assigned to any number of groups. This has the advantage that documents and folders can be authorized based on groups.

Roles

You can add as much roles you like. It can be defined, for example, whether the deletion should be allowed or specific denied.

Authorization

Each folder can be authorized with a user or group and a roll. Roles can be freely changed or supplemented. With a very simple interface very complex authorization structures can be represented. Requests can be approved or specific denied.
